My passion for fitness started 12 years ago when I began lifting weights. I know what it's like to be a woman entering a male-dominated field; it can be intimidating.

Thankfully, over the years, it has become much more blended, and it's great to see more women working on themselves and lifting weights!

When I started, I didn't know what to do, which led to excessive cardio and weight loss. Rather than focusing on becoming the smallest version of myself, I worked on becoming the strongest.

So, I swapped out my unhealthy eating habits and long cardio sessions for strength training and fuel for my body, allowing me to feel confident for the first time!

Over the last few years, I have coached hundreds of women to feel empowered, achieve their goals and change their lifestyle. If you want to make a positive change and see some results, don't hesitate to contact me. I would love to help!

Hi, my name’s Rory!
Throughout my short lived rugby career I’ve been blessed to work with some of the brightest minds in sports performance, and apply the lessons learned from the
aforementioned minds to my clients training.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not saying you’ll receive the same horrible sessions I used to be required to do - unless you want to - but I understand what it is to work for a goal, and how different people are motivated towards that.
Training can be fun, and should be, regardless of your ability or confidence level,
there’s always something to enjoy within a gym, be it the destination or the journey you have on the way to it.
