Upper Body Pump focuses on controlled, resistance-based movements using dumbbells, resistance bands, barbells, and bodyweight exercises to help you build lean muscle and enhance overall upper body performance.

From presses and rows to curls and holds, every session targets key muscle groups to increase strength, improve posture, and support functional movement in your day-to-day life. You'll leave feeling stronger, more confident, and ready to tackle anything—both inside and outside the gym.

Functional Strength Development

Build real-world strength that goes beyond the gym. This class is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and perform at your best—both in daily life and in sport. Using a blend of compound lifts, bodyweight exercises, resistance training, and mobility work, Functional Strength targets multiple muscle groups to develop power, balance, coordination, and core stability.

Each session is focused on intentional, full-body movement patterns—like pushing, pulling, hinging, squatting, and rotating—that mimic how your body naturally moves. You'll improve not only strength but also joint health, posture, and injury resilience.
